Somatic movement is a forward thinking and rapidly effective form of neuromuscular (mind-body training) that goes directly to the root cause of pain -the brain. By learning to regain both awareness,sensation, and motor control of muscles the brain can remember how to relax the muscles properly.

By learning to regain both awareness,sensation, and motor control of muscles the brain can remember how to relax the muscles properly again.
Somatics is a safe,gentle and common sense approach to reverse chronic pain. It is the only method of pain relief and sensory motor training that targets Sensory motor amnesia (SMA)
In this course you will learn how stress affects the body and mind which creates unconscious patterns tension and gets stuck. You will learn movements that will help to eliminate pain and improve muscular recruitment for improved alignment, posture and be able to move more freely and with greater ease.
