A Yoga retreat day set in the beautiful Cookham on Thames to allow you time to fully immerse in a day of peace, relaxation and like minded friends. The day will be an opportunity to fully rest and nurture yourself.

About The Event
The day start with a gentle restorative Yoga asana session where we will explore the soothing gentle side of the practice. After lunch a silent walk by the river Thames. A workshop on Somatics with Kirtan and tea and cake to finish. *Spaces are limited. Booking is essential.
