Weekly group yoga classes or private one-to-one classes for adults and yoga courses for teenagers.
My training was with the Sivananda Vedanta center in India. My classes are based on the traditional way that Yoga was intended; as a tool to keep the body and vital energy (prana) clear and healthy to allow the practitioner to develop concentration for meditation with the intention of understanding our real nature. Approaching the practice of asana as a moving meditation whilst encouraging balance and strength as well as flexibility, without making the physical the main aim of the class, and taking away the pressure of comparison.
