How to Cancel or Transfer Drop-In Classes

To transfer your drop in class booking please go to your confirmation email, click “view booking”, go to “ticket options” and then “transfer ticket” and choose your new date. Please be aware that cancellations should not be made via text or email as we may not be able to process them on your behalf within the 24 hour transfer and cancellation window.

If you wish to cancel completely rather than transfer please select "cancel" instead of "transfer" however please remember cancelled bookings are non-refundable. It is recommended you transfer to a later date.
