What Is Somatic Coaching?
Somatic coaching supports you in feeling more at ease, connected, and psychologically safe in your body. Grounded in self-compassion, this approach helps you build emotional resilience by developing a kinder, more accepting relationship with yourself.
Through the core pillars of authenticity, self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-responsibility, somatic coaching guides you in navigating big emotions with greater awareness. Using co-regulation, the supportive relationship between coach and client, you’ll learn to gently stay with uncomfortable feelings, calm your nervous system, and cultivate inner safety.
This process empowers you to move through life with more clarity, confidence, and joy.

Meet Francesca Melluzzi

I’m Francesca Melluzzi, a somatic coach, yoga teacher, and holistic therapist. For over 20 years, I’ve supported people on their healing journeys through body-based practices, energy work, and deep presence.
My work is rooted in my own experience of living with undiagnosed ADHD, emotional sensitivity, and inner overwhelm. For years, I searched for peace — and along the way, I found tools that helped me feel safe, grounded, and more connected to myself.
Today, I offer 1:1 coaching, group programs, and community spaces where people can come as they are. Everything I do is guided by compassion, nervous system awareness, and the belief that healing begins when we feel truly seen and accepted.
What I Offer
1-2-1 Somatic Coaching Session
A personalized, one-off session to help you release emotional tension, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded in your body.
4-Week Somatic Coaching Package
Go deeper with weekly 1:1 support to break emotional patterns, manage anxiety, and build lasting resilience through somatic tools and guided movement.
Group Support Sessions
Join a gentle, welcoming space twice a week to connect with others, move through stress, and learn somatic practices that help you feel more centered — together.
2-Week Online Somatic Course
A self-paced program with videos, guided practices, and journaling prompts to help you manage overwhelm, reconnect with your body, and feel emotionally supported — anytime, anywhere.
