Welcome to francescamelluzzi.com. By accessing this website and/or booking any of Francesca’s services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or services.
1. Services
Francesca Melluzzi offers online somatic coaching, classes, workshops, and related support services. These services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are under medical care or in crisis, please consult your healthcare provider.
2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are made via the website or directly via email.

Payment is required in advance to secure your place in classes or sessions.

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Free trials and discount offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Individual 1:1 Sessions (Single Sessions)
Single 1:1 sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session time.
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded, but a credit will be issued, which can be used towards a future session.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no credit will be issued.
3.2. 1:1 Coaching & Mentoring Programmes (Minimum 3-Month Commitment)
By signing up for 1:1 somatic coaching, mentoring, or long-term support, clients agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This commitment reflects the nature of somatic and relational work, which unfolds over time and requires consistency, continuity, and an appropriate closing process. For ethical and professional reasons, early termination of ongoing 1:1 coaching programmes is not supported.
Payments for 3-month programmes are non-refundable once the programme has begun, including in cases where the client chooses to discontinue early.
Individual sessions within the programme may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, will be considered used and cannot be refunded, credited, or replaced.
Unused sessions within the agreed programme period are non-refundable.
4. Use of the Website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or harmful purpose. All content, including text, videos, and images, are the property of Francesca Melluzzi and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.
5. Health Disclaimer
All participants take full responsibility for their own health and well-being. Francesca will provide guidance, but it is up to the individual to determine what feels safe and appropriate for their body. Always consult with a medical professional if unsure.
6. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with UK GDPR regulations.
7. Changes to Services or Terms
Francesca reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services or website without notice. Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the site or services indicates acceptance of these changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
