Francesca Melluzzi offers online somatic coaching, classes, workshops, and related support services. These services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are under medical care or in crisis, please consult your healthcare provider.
2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are made via the website or directly via email.

Payment is required in advance to secure your place in classes or sessions.

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Free trials and discount offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

1:1 Sessions: You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.

Group Classes & Memberships: Memberships are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for missed classes or partial months.

Drop-in Classes: Non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by Francesca.
4. Use of the Website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or harmful purpose. All content, including text, videos, and images, are the property of Francesca Melluzzi and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.
5. Health Disclaimer
