What is somatic coaching?

Somatic coaching combines body awareness, movement, and gentle guidance to help you regulate emotions, reduce stress, and reconnect with yourself. It’s not talk therapy — it’s about working with your body.

Do I need experience with movement, yoga, or breathwork?

Not at all. Everything is guided and accessible. You can move, sit, lie down, or simply notice — no previous experience needed.

Can I do somatic coaching if I’m neurodivergent?

Yes. Many of my clients are neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, HSP). Sessions are adapted to your pace, needs, and comfort.

What’s the difference between a 1:1 session and the 4-week coaching package?

A 1:1 session is a single, focused session for immediate support. The 4-week package offers weekly sessions and deeper transformation with ongoing guidance and tools.

What is the 2-week online course like?

The course is self-paced. You’ll receive videos, audio practices, and journaling prompts every few days to support emotional grounding and nervous system regulation.
