Well-being retreat day for teens (16-19)
This is well-being retreat day for teenagers to meet like minded friends, connect through play shared joy and movement. There will also be a group coaching session and workshop supporting teens with anxiety, communication skills, and low self-esteem. Open to all teenagers from 16-19 years all.

About the event
The day will be led by an experienced mental health and well-being practitioner who specilises in supporting and empwering neurodivergent teenagers It will include games, movemnet to release stress, music and Art. As well as structured time there will also be space to just be, and meet new friends and create new connections.
Open to all teens from 16-19 years old.

This wellbeing day retreat is a opportunity for young people from 16-19.
With experienced mental health specialist youth coach and mentor Francesca Melluzzi.
It’s purpose is to empower and enrich
young people’s lives so they can gain the understanding, gain the tools and connect within a joyful community of mutual understanding and respect.
