Kirtan & Yoga nidra

Join Francesca for a beautiful, blissful evening of guided Yoga Nidra meditation and kirtan. With deep traditional roots, a kirtan is a call-as-response chant or song, often set to music from the harmonium and other instruments. The songs often have a loving or devotional focus, or tell a story. Kirtan is said to help us drop out of our busy minds  and connect us straight to our hearts.Yoga Nidra is an effortless and deeply relaxing "sleeping" meditation, allowing to you rest and simply listen as you a guided to let go of your tension and stress and connect to your own inner peace. If you are looking  for a truly authentic experience or a new way to connect to your yoga or meditaiton practice I would encourage you to give this a try. Being a "good singer" is absolutely not a requirement!Held monthly at the studio. No previous experience needed, all are  welcome.
