A day retreat to connect with yourself and each other. Join a group of like minded people who want to feel joy, freedom and ease in body mind and spirit. This day will explore embodied movement practices such as Somatics, restorative Yoga, Qi- gong along with meditation.

15:15-16:15 Workshop
part 2) exploring and opening to joy
16:15- 16:30pm Meditation practice - Qigong and breath work
16:30-17:00pm Deep breathing meditation
17:00-17:30 Tea & healthy snack and check in.
