Francesca combines her 20 years experience as a senior Yoga teacher, Somatic Coach and wellbeing practitioner to create a holistic class that includes Somatics, a mat based progressive movement that uses gliding and sliding movement and qigong. This is a joyful class set to music that will allow your body to release stress and discomfort and lift your mood.It includes Yoga to build strength, flexibility and stamina and gentle somatics. Qigong is used to release old stuck energy in the body and bring a sense of grounding and joyfulness.
