1 x Introduction to Kirtan practice (chanting mantra)
A mindfulness walk by the river

12:30 Arrive - Introductions and guided beginners meditation class
13:00 - 14:00pm Joyful somatic yoga practice
14:00- 14:30 Lunch
14:30pm- 15:30pm Introduction to walking meditation class followed by walk in nature by the river
15:30pm- 15:45pm Tea break
15:45pm-16:45pm Somatic movement to release back/neck/shoulders
16:45-17:30pm Introduction to Kirtan (chanting of mantra)
