Please join Francesca for a warm welcoming pre-meet and great online this Sunday. You will have a chance to talk to your Hosts and meet some of the other people who are interested or already signed up for the Well-being day. This is also a chance to chat about anything that you would like more support with on the day, for example organisational skills or how to self- regulate your emtions.
