Women's Rising — Introduction Circle: Who Are We Embodying?

A live introduction to Women's Rising, a space held especially for women who spend so much of their lives holding space for everyone else: mothers, therapists, coaches, teachers, and women in leadership. Built on the SASS method (Self-Acceptance, Authenticity, Self-Compassion, Self-Responsibility), this is somatic, nervous-system based work — a chance to be held, rather than the one doing the holding.

You might recognise this: exhaustion that never fully lifts. Needed everywhere, yet somehow unseen. A nervous system that's always switched on, just in case someone needs you. Guilt at the thought of resting, because your worth got tied to what you give.

This month's theme is archetypes: Maiden, Mother, Queen, and Wise Woman. For women in service to others, it's common to live almost entirely from the Mother. This circle is a chance to meet the other parts of you too.
