Navigating adolescence can certainly be a challenging time, can you remember how you felt back then?, maybe like me, you had the feeling that you were no longer a child and yet were still not quite an adult and just wanted to be seen and understood for who you were as an individual in your own right.
This workshop offers vital support to your tween/teenager by offering both practical strategies to manage anxiety as well as neuroscience to give them insight and understanding into their brains development and why they may be feeling the way they do.
Sessions are research and science based with a heart centred approach to empower your tween/teenager in fun, creative and engaging ways that will plant positive seeds that can last a lifetime.
