Introduction to Somatics

Move with ease and grace and gain greater freedom of movement in all of your hobbies and activities.
Somatics’s is a common sense approach to releasing tension in the body. Allowing your body to feel light and mobile.
This 6 week course will introduce you to the foundations of somatics and some of the most common and helpful exercises it can offer.

Yoga of the Heart
Mondays 8 pm-9:30 pm, Earley crescent resource center
This class is based on the Ashtanga primary series with a flowing and dynamic approach.
Suitable to motivated beginners and those with existing practice. The emphasis is on using the practice as a moving meditation so that we can relax within while at the same time keeping the body healthy, strong and open.
