Would you like some time for yourself to feel more alive, energised, peaceful and able to cope better with life?This 7 day FREE online challenge will help you to discover the power of Somatic movement. This class will incorporate gentle stretching, Somatic movement, Qi-gong and meditation. Think of it like giving your whole body an M.O.T. You can expect to feel fitter, stronger and healthier in your body and your mind. Open to everyone including complete beginners. You do not need to be flexible or fit to start this challenge. You will be guided to go at your own pace, there is no pressure. Just a peaceful space, just for you so that you can feel at your best, show up for yourself and be more present to the people you love.
